the staff at the spa were friendly and helpful i enjoyed a short stay the hotel maintained a very clean environment my mother received a thoughtful birthday surprise in her room consisting of a cake and champagne it was a nice touch. i found the staff kind. the room was very well maintained.

the hotel is a short walk to a sandy beach it is approximately 11km from the city center public transport is available right in front of the hotel many tavernas and bars are within a 5 minute walk.

live music provides entertainment in the evenings the hotel offers good wifi speed and coverage a spa is available i noticed that a kids club is well equipped and offers professional care.

the spa staff impressed me with their kindness and helpfulness the restaurant and bar staff were also notably kind and attentive suman and nikos provided excellent service at the italian restaurant exceeding expectations with their attentiveness.

housekeeping kept the rooms very clean there were quality furnishings and appliances in my room i found the room to be large enough it was comfortable i noted an excellent mini bar.

the spa offered a wonderful massage i guess it was acceptable
my supposedly beautiful sea view room was a joke it faced an empty alley with trash not exactly the turquoise waters i expected also the air conditioning decided to take a vacation of its own leaving me to sweat through the night mosquitos joined the party i reminded me of i was in a poorly air-conditioned jungle

the breakfast was amazing!!! i loved the omelettes made fresh every morning. the room was modern, and the daily housekeeping kept everything super clean. i especially enjoyed the easy access to the walking path by the sea!!!
